What You Can Earn at Admiral
- Service Technicians: $40K – $60K+ — Production pay per pool serviced, plus filter clean bonuses. Consistent routes mean consistent income.
- Route Captains: $60K – $80K+ — Weekly captain stipend plus per-pool production, quoting incentives, and quarterly performance bonuses.
- Repair Technicians: $60K – $100K+ — Skilled repair techs earn top dollar. Our lead repair tech earned six figures last year.
