Admiral Pool Service is looking for a sharp, dependable problem-solver to keep our routes organized, our chemical inventory accurate, and our daily operations running smoothly. You’ll work with our operations and service leaders, learn our systems, and take ownership of work that directly affects customers and technicians.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate daily routes, schedule changes, makeup visits and technician coverage with our service team.
  • Keep customer access details and service instructions accurate and available to technicians.
  • Track chemical inventory, deliveries and usage.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and flag replenishment needs using approved procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and company software.
  • Spot problems early, recommend practical improvements and follow through.
  • Take on additional operational responsibilities as you demonstrate your capabilities.

Who Will Do Well Here

You’re comfortable with numbers, organized under pressure, and willing to ask questions when something doesn’t add up. You handle interruptions without losing track of commitments and check your work before calling it finished.

Routing, dispatch, logistics, inventory control or service operations experience is helpful. Pool-industry experience is a plus; strong transferable skills are welcome.
