Will I have the same technician every week?

Yes. We assign a dedicated technician to your pool permanently. They come on the same day each week and get to know your pool's specific needs over time. If your tech is ever out, a trained backup from the same route handles the visit so nothing is missed.

Do you service pools when it rains?

Yes — unless there's lightning in the immediate area. Rain actually disrupts your water chemistry (lowering pH and diluting chlorine), so post-rain service is often the most important visit of the month. We always show up.

Do I need to be home for service?

No. Most of our customers aren't home when we service. We just need gate access. You'll receive a digital service report with photos and chemistry readings after every visit, so you always know exactly what was done.

Are there contracts or cancellation fees?

No long-term contracts. Service is month-to-month. We ask for 30 days' notice to cancel — that's it. We keep customers by doing a great job, not by locking you in.

Are chemicals included in the monthly price?

Standard chemicals (liquid chlorine, muriatic acid, and stabilizer) are included in your monthly service fee. Specialty chemicals like phosphate removers, algaecides, or salt are billed separately at cost when needed — we always let you know before adding anything.

We bill on the 1st of each month for that month's service. Payment is by credit card or ACH on file. You'll receive an invoice with a full breakdown. No surprises.

Can you repair my pool equipment?

Yes. We handle pumps, filters, heaters, salt cells, chlorinators, pool lights, valves, and control systems. Our technicians are CPO and PHTA certified and trained on Pentair, Hayward, and Jandy systems. For most repairs, the tech who already services your pool handles it — no need to schedule a separate company.

How long do equipment repairs take?

Common repairs like pump motor replacements, filter cleanings, and salt cell swaps are typically completed same-day or next-day. Larger jobs like heater repairs or equipment replacements may take 2–5 business days depending on parts availability. We keep common parts stocked to minimize wait times.

Do you install new equipment?

Yes. We install pumps, variable-speed motors, heaters, heat pumps, salt systems, automation systems, LED lighting, and more. Our RAIL-licensed technicians handle installations that require state licensing. We'll walk you through options and provide a written quote before any work begins.

My pool turned green — can you fix it?

Absolutely. Green pool recovery is one of our most common service calls. Depending on severity, most green pools are swimmable again within 3–5 days. We shock the pool, run the equipment continuously, brush and vacuum, and rebalance chemistry. We document the transformation with before-and-after photos.

Is saltwater better than chlorine?

Salt systems generate chlorine from salt, so your pool is still a chlorine pool — just delivered differently. Salt systems are generally easier on skin and eyes, require less day-to-day chemical handling, and feel softer in the water. The tradeoff is higher upfront cost and salt cell replacements every 3–5 years. We service both types and can help you decide what makes sense for your pool.

How often should I test my pool water?

We test your water every week as part of service. If you want to check between visits, a simple test strip once a week is fine — focus on chlorine level and pH. We handle the detailed analysis (alkalinity, CYA, calcium, phosphates, salt) during our regular visits.

We also service parts of South Houston, Galveston, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Bellaire, and Sienna. If you're nearby, request a quote — we may already have a route in your neighborhood.

Do you charge extra for areas outside your main service zone?

It's $199 as a standalone session, or free when you sign up for weekly service. It's ideal for new homeowners, DIYers, or anyone who wants to actually understand their pool instead of just paying someone and hoping for the best.
