Pool Service Technician
Run a dedicated weekly pool service route for one of the largest independent pool service companies in Greater Houston (800+ pools serviced weekly). You'll be trained and certified through the Admiral Technician Academy — no pool experience required.
- Employer: Admiral Pool Service
- Pay: $40K – $60K+ per year — Production-based pay — earnings scale with pools serviced. Guaranteed weekly pay floor during your first 90 days.
- Employment type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday–Friday day routes, roughly 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. No nights, no weekends, no on-call.
- Location: Based at 203 Laurel Dr, Suite A, Friendswood, TX 77546. Greater Houston — routes across Friendswood, League City, Pearland, Clear Lake and 20+ surrounding communities.

What You'll Do
- Service a dedicated weekly route of residential pools (8–12 pools per day) in a tight geographic cluster
- Test and balance water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, CYA, calcium) on every visit
- Skim, vacuum, brush, and empty baskets — leave every pool swim-ready
- Inspect pumps, filters, and equipment and flag issues for the repair team
- Submit same-day digital service reports and communicate clearly with homeowners
What We're Looking For
- No pool experience required — paid training and certification through the Admiral Technician Academy
- Reliable and on time, every visit
- Comfortable with hands-on outdoor work in Texas weather, year-round
- Able to pass a background check
- Takes pride in clean, professional, detail-oriented work
